Please find below a selection of hotels at which the organisers have pre-booked rooms for participants of the EGEE’09 conference. You can make your accommodation booking through the on-line registration/booking process, or via the provided PDF registration form. Prices are per room per night, including breakfast and taxes (VAT).

Roma, 31 - Barcelona Next to the Conference Venue • With direct acces to the airport, the Catalonia Roma Hotel is located in the Eixample district, near the Estacié de Sants, 500 metres away from Espana Square and near the main attractions such as Camp Nou, the Olympic Stadium, the Pobre Espanyol and the Catalonian National Museum. Built in 1989 and renovated in 2002, the hotel has 49 rooms all of them with a wide range of facilities such as Internet, TV intercative and conditioning air.

Hotel NH Sant-Angelo Consell de Cent, 74 - Barcelona Next to the Conference Venue • This Hotel has direct access to the airport and the Estacié de Sants. The comfortable rooms offer the clients private bathroon with hairdryer, direct telephone linem satellyte TV, radio, internet connection, mini-bar, coffee-bar and meeting rooms.	9. Researchers Residence Hospital, 64 - Barcelona Metro Green Line (L3) Catalunya stop • The Investigadors Residence Hall was totally redesigned in 1998. The residence hall has single and double rooms, totally equipped with a full bathroom, TV, heating and air conditioning, telephone and Wi-Fi Internet connection. It is a smoke-free space, which means that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. The Investigadors Residence Hall is in the centre of Barcelona, next to Plaça Catalunya.
10. Campus del Mar Residence Pg. Salvat Papasseit, 4 - Barcelona Located in the Olympic Port. The nearest metro station is Barceloneta (L4), you have to change to L3 at Passeig de Gracia that goes direct to the Conference Venue. • The Campus del Mar Residence Hall was inaugurated in 2002 and its staff will always try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All the rooms have their own bathroom, telephone, heating, computer connection with Internet access, television antenna and a satellite receiver.

Deadline for Hotel Booking:
Deadline for hotel bookings is August 20th, 2009 After this deadline, reservations will still be handled. However, Mondial & Cititravel Congresos can not guarantee hotel accommodation after that date.

Conditions:
The number of nights booked serves as a basis for your hotel invoice. Should the desired hotel (category) no longer be available, similar accommodation will be offered. Please note, the hotel booking can only be guaranteed upon receipt of the respective hotel deposit or full pre-payment for residences. All changes or cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation fees:
Hotels: For cancellations received before 30th June, an administrative fee of 50 € will be charged. For cancellations received between 1st July and 20th August, one night deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations received after 20th August, deposit payment shall be forfeited.
Residences: Until 30th June 2009, there will be a refund of 100% less 50 € of administration costs. From 1st July to 31st August 2009, there will be a refund of 50% of room-nights cancelled. From 1st September 2009, no reimbursement will be done.
Amounts due will be reimbursed after the conference.
